Good black pepper is pepper grown using seeds from healthy and quality sources.
The berries to be picked are ripe or old cherries. Then naturally dried using the sun light to get a stronger aroma.

Black pepper that has gone through the process of drying in the sun will then be subjected to a grading process.
The sorting and grading process is carried out to clean the pepper from foreign materials that are mixed during drying and to produce superior quality pepper with a size GL 550-580.
